Scannabue is a giant in Turin for Piedmontese cuisine. Beautiful atmosphere and very kind staff. The veal with tuna sauce was good, especially if accompanied by their tasty grissini. The braised pork cheek melted in the mouth. I wasn't too convinced by the tajarin with sausage and leek ragù, and I expected larger portions.

Scannabue, a restaurant, a guarantee! It is located in the heart of San Salvario, overlooking Largo Saluzzo. The dishes are excellent and the very varied menu features Piedmontese dishes. The wine list is very detailed, with a choice of prestigious wines as well. With Scannabue, you can't go wrong.
