The menu, created by Chef Sergio, is very modern: it plays with high-quality ingredients and innovative pairings, while maintaining strong roots in Piedmontese tradition. The desserts are a must-try: all are unique and have a lot of personality. When I'm looking for a restaurant where I want to play it safe and know I'll eat well, I always choose this one.
