Sbrodoliamoci in Nola is perfect for those who love to eat something sweet and "dirty" but well-made! We got the mattonella, which is two squares of sponge cake with yogurt or fior di latte ice cream inside, 2 creams of your choice, and a topping. The sponge cake is very soft and artisanal; the creaminess of the yogurt and the play of hot and cold is an experience. It's the aonly place that has made the mattonella in an original way without overdoing it, especially with the creams, using artisanal products that are not cloying. Then we got their sbrodolini, which are small graffa balls with a cream of your choice (in this case, Nutella). They are very soft, not heavy at all, and above all, not soaked in oil!! The prices are more than fair, as everything can be shared by two people. The mattonella is €5 and the filled sbrodolini are €3.
