Sabotino Rome is now a certainty in the Mazzini district, a landmark that accompanies my days from breakfast onwards. The atmosphere is always welcoming and familiar, with a refined and chic style that makes the place pleasant at any time of day. The quality of the products is one of its real strengths: the pastries are among the best in the area, always fresh and full of flavor, as are the croissants, perfect for starting the day off right. However, it's not just a morning stop: Sabotino is also an ideal choice for lunch or for a relaxing aperitif. Just today I tried their aperitif formula with a platter and cocktail, and the experience was truly positive. Generous portions, well-curated flavors, and attention to the customer that makes the difference. The staff is kind, helpful, and contributes to creating a casual yet elegant environment. In summary, Sabotino Rome is much more than just a bar: it's a place where quality, welcome, and style meet, making it a regular and always pleasant stop.

To start the weekend off right, we went for an aperitivo at Sabotino, near the Lepanto station on metro line A, open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. This pastry shop offers three aperitivo options (classic, vegetarian, and vegan), every day from 5 p.m. onwards. We chose the vegetarian one, accompanied by two glasses of sparkling wine (if you're used to eating a lot, we recommend getting one set menu per person). Despite the portions, it was truly delicious and an alternative to the usual aperitivi. The place is well-kept and very traditional; the staff is very attentive and helpful, although the waiting times are a bit long. The prices are fair (~€10 per person).
