On August 11th, I had a wonderful evening at Radici – Restaurant, Pizzeria, Grill in Monteforte Irpino. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and an eggplant meatball, the perfect prelude to a rich and generous appetizer. The fried food, light and crispy, won everyone over, while the pizza lived up to expectations: soft dough, fresh, local, and zero-kilometer ingredients.
