We had an aperitif at this very nice bar, which also offers lunch breaks, excellent service, and great wine.

We went to this mountain hut for lunch during the autumn, by reservation. At the entrance, we waited 5 minutes before being seen by someone who was at the counter. We sat at a small table in a room that was a bit cold, but we warmed up with a good hot meal. The place was full; there were many people who had stopped by after a walk. The menu offered many first courses (homemade pasta), second courses, and side dishes (see photo). We tried the deer stew with polenta, pork ribs cooked sous-vide with BBQ sauce and polenta, and a side of fagioli all'uccelletto. The dishes were really good, especially the ribs which were very tender and melted in your mouth. The staff was nevertheless kind and helpful. We also tried a bombardino (a must on a chilly and gloomy day). We didn't stay in the rooms but we noted that they had excellent prices. The parking lot is large and adjacent, and there are also outdoor tables for lunch or to have a drink (especially in the summer). The road to reach the hut by car has many hairpin turns and is a bit narrow for two cars to pass, but nothing impossible.
