Best sushi in Rome! Really excellent quality, very fresh fish and very polite waiters.

An Italian à la carte sushi restaurant, which means it includes some reinterpretations. As an appetizer, we had a shrimp tempura (6 pieces) for €18. The best and highest-quality tempura I have ever eaten. It is served with their equally good sweet and sour sauce. Afterwards, we had a ramen with pork, mushrooms, eggs, and savoy cabbage. It was my first ramen, so I can't make comparisons, but it was very flavorful and balanced. The entire menu they offer is gluten-free. The restaurant is small and elegant.
