I went to Pizzium in Rome and the experience was really very positive. The place is welcoming and lively, perfect for an informal dinner with friends. I chose a regional pizza and the quality of the dough immediately impressed me: soft, well-risen, and light, with a high but not heavy crust. The ingredients were fresh and well-matched, with balanced and bold flavors. The service was also quick and friendly, despite the place being full. I would definitely go back to try other menu items.

Famous pizzeria now present in all major cities! Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust. Good for a quick and simple meal without too many pretensions. The place is very crowded with tourists and the service is adequate for that.
