Dinner with Fiorentina steak at Perseus. Excellent meat, which they cut for us at the table. The potato side dish was so good. Price of the Fiorentina steak: €60 per kg.

Perseus restaurant in Florence: an excellent place to try well-prepared meat. The restaurant is nice and welcoming and the staff is very kind, they know how to make you feel at home. Excellent meat menu, here the preparation of a delicious tartare. Absolutely fair prices, suitable for the quality of what is offered.
