New management sushi in Altamura for which I had high expectations given the excellent reviews. In reality, I was quite disappointed. I went for lunch and the menu is really limited, there's very little choice in terms of appetizers, first courses, and rolls (e.g. they don't even have the classic thick udon noodles 😅). In terms of quality, it's not that great either. Many rolls weren't that great; what I really liked were the pan-fried noodles shown in the video and some octopus and potato balls. The rest was really just okay. Furthermore, I didn't like that the waiters only put the dishes on one side of the table (there were 10 of us). So I wouldn't go back.
