I was at La Marianna Lab for a quick lunch break. We had vegan savory focaccia, a savory croissant, and a pizza. Everything was good! We finished with coffee and pastries, which were also good. Quiet and elegant place with courteous staff. I recommend it.

It's rare to find such a balanced version: the batter is incredibly soft and fragrant, enriched with a generous amount of candied apricot and pineapple that lend a unique note of freshness. Each slice melts in your mouth, releasing that delicate aroma of maraschino and vanilla that masterfully pays homage to the original recipe.
