Great ramen and great atmosphere

Very good food, I recommend it

I tried ramen for the first time at this place in the Tiburtina Piazza Bologna area. The ramen, a classic with beef broth, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and eggs, was good. The steamed bao filled with beef were also good; it's a shame there was no trace of broth, as was written on the menu. The service was unfortunately poorly managed, with forgotten dishes, appetizers served after the first courses, and significant delays. A shame. Nice location.
