Good and cheap sushi, especially for weekday lunches! Kind waiters but the management of the courses is confusing.

At Furaki Sushi, the menu is full of new dishes and flavors. A few of the things that left me speechless were the eel nigiri, the scallop carpaccio, and the rolls with quail eggs. Innovative dishes, also combined with Italian cuisine, such as the salmon marinated with beetroot. The food is very fresh and certainly full of typical dishes and local tradition. Excellent and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service. The price was €31 per person, including water, cover charge, and all you can eat. I recommend it for trying something different and for their daring product combinations. Next time I will definitely try the sushi with saffron rice!
