Quite disappointed by this experience. Nice place, even though from the outside you wouldn't give it a euro. Extensive and comprehensive wine list, rich in Piedmontese labels. Staff were excessively rigid, but not in a formal manner befitting the establishment. Limited menu, but above all with unimaginatively prepared dishes: the Fassona was good, but completely unseasoned. The veal was just 6 measly slices with a few dollops of sauce; the Tajarin (good) with Castelmagno had lost the Castelmagno along the way... For the final price, it wasn't worth it.

Piedmontese cuisine. Good raw materials, appreciated pairings, excellent wine. Minimalist venue with themed details, courteous and formal service.
