Reviews
The place is very well-kept and elegant, a pleasant discovery fortunately far from the tourist chaos. The pizza is really very good, with high-quality ingredients. However, the final bill is excessive: the prices are truly too high compared to the average. Excellent for the quality, less so for the wallet (8 euros for 2 small slices of pizza).
Bonci is an iconic name in Roman pizza al taglio, famous for its obsessive attention to dough and raw ingredients. The pizzas are creative, seasonal, and often excellent, with original combinations and great quality. However, the experience is often marked by long queues, high prices by weight, and a chaotic environment. Not all pizzas are equally convincing, and the value for money can seem unbalanced. A fundamental address for enthusiasts, less ideal for those seeking simplicity and a contained expense.
