I went to L'Antico Vinaio in Milan, Cadorna area, and got a focaccia. The ingredients were of good quality, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Considering the slogan "Bada come la fuma" (Watch how it smokes), I expected a hot or at least warm focaccia. Instead, it was absolutely cold, as were the ingredients, which felt even colder than the focaccia itself. It's a shame, because the raw materials are there, but the product's temperature greatly penalized the final result.
