Aji Tei is one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Florence. Good variety of Uramaki, although the absolute best ones are about 4/5. I've been here many times and have always had a good experience. The place is very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The fish is always fresh (only once did I try the red prawns and didn't find them good). The price is average for an AYCE dinner restaurant, and considering dessert is included, it might be among the cheaper ones: for two people with two bottles of water, we always spend around €70.

Very intimate and quiet place, very good dishes and fast service, we will definitely be back.
